FOR LONDON 2012 PRINTS: We can ship London 2012 prints to any UK or EU address. Please allow up to 30 days for us to process, pack, and ship your edition.
FOR ALL NON-LONDON 2012 PRINTS: Please allow up to 10 working days for delivery of unframed prints, and 28 days for delivery of framed prints and all other editions.
We can ship to any UK or international address. For most of the UK and all of our overseas shipping we use the international delivery company UPS. When your order is ready for dispatch, we will send you an email to let you know it is on its way. The email will contain a tracking number that you can use to follow the progress of your delivery. It will be delivered to you using the UPS Express service. This is an overnight service*, Monday to Friday, which requires a signature on delivery. Once your edition has been dispatched delivery times are:
- UK next business day delivery by 1030hrs
- Most addresses in Europe next business day delivery by 1200hrs
- Next business day to New York City and second business day delivery by 1200hrs to most other addresses in USA and Canada
- Day definite delivery in 2 to 3 business days as early as 1030hrs or 1200hrs to select areas in Asia
Please do contact us if you have any specific shipping requirements or enquiries regarding delivery times. We can normally arrange for a delivery to be made on a specific day, and Saturday deliveries can be organised for a small extra charge.
For deliveries in a close radius to our office we use a local courier company. We will contact you to arrange delivery at a convenient time.
We can deliver to any delivery address, home, work, or any other address which is convenient for you, but someone will always have to be present as a signature will be required.
